MBC is the on-base Internet & Cable TV provider to all US military installations on Okinawa.

All on-base residences (family housing, barracks, dorms & TLF) are pre-wired for MBC service.

All Members receive free cable TV delivery of American Forces Network (AFN) programming.

New Customers complete a same-day FREE self-installation of their Internet & Cable TV services.

Have an on-base address?

Get connected in your residence even before you arrive.

1. Click here to establish your account and select your services. You will be able to select your activation date, and have options for same-day self-installation or assisted installation depending on the services you select.

2. If you selected self-installation, you can choose to retrieve your equipment from any MBC office or designate your sponsor to retrieve it. They can install it in your on-base home or bring it to you upon your arrival.
