If you are living in a Single Family Home on base in Okinawa, just follow these three simple steps:

2. Pick up your modem at one of our three convenient locations or have your Newcomer sponsor pick up your modem for you.
3. Self-Install in minutes for the FASTEST Internet on base or schedule an assisted delivery with one of our professional technicians.

If you are living in the dorms or barracks on base in Okinawa, just follow these three simple steps (you don’t even have to come into any office!):

1. Scan the QR code on the pre-installed modem in your room.
2. Pick the service you would like.
3. Activate the FASTEST Internet on base within minutes.
