Service & Installation Technician

MBC, the High-Speed Internet and HD Cable TV provider for all U.S. Military installations in Okinawa, is looking for a reliable, technology driven, intelligent individual to join our team as a Service & Installation Technician (“Technician”).

Job Description:

Technicians provide excellent customer service and technical support through, network maintenance, on-premises installations, and trouble ticket resolution. Strong English written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are needed.  Clean driving record and ability to operate MBC owned Y plated vehicles required.  No prior industry experience required.

MBC offers a generous compensation package including:

• Competitive starting wage of $21.00 per hour
