VP Accounting / Controller

Mediatti Broadband Communications (MBC) is seeking an experienced VP Accounting / Controller to lead our finance, accounting, and HR operations. This key leadership role supports our mission of providing reliable High-Speed Internet and HD Digital TV to U.S. military communities in Okinawa.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all financial operations (U.S. GAAP & JGAAP)
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Ensure tax and payroll compliance (U.S. & Japan)
• Lead HR and accounting teams
• Support executive decision-making and strategic planning

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of accounting experience (3+ in leadership)
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge; Japanese accounting familiarity a plus
• Advanced QuickBooks and Excel skills
• CPA and/or Japanese language ability preferred
