Family Housing

All locations are pre-wired with active MBC service

1. Call Us, Visit any on-base office, or Order your services on-line
2. Pick up your MBC modem and self-installation kit at any MBC on-base office or request a home delivery
3. As soon as you complete your Fast, Easy & Free self-installation, you will be connected to the Internet

Barracks & Dorms

MBC wired & WiFi enabled modems are pre-installed in all Barracks and Dorms on all
Installations

1. Scan the QR code on the modem in your room or click HERE to activate service
2. Our team will open your account, activate the modem and send you an email with your credentials to log into your private and secure Internet connection

Family Housing

Return all MBC issued equipment (including power cables) to any MBC office

Your billing will stop on the date the equipment is returned

Dorms & Barracks

Click HERE to disconnect your services on-line

Your billing will stop on the date requested

Port-to-Home

1. Direct your Newcomer to establish MBC service on-line
2. Instruct them to designate you as their authorized representative to pick up their modem and self-installation kit
3. Visit any MBC on-base office to pick up the equipment
4. Deliver the equipment to your Newcomer upon their arrival OR set it up in their home
